Still unsure whats wrong with me

I’ve still been dealing with health issues since two Saturdays ago. Things are getting slowly better, so I think that part is good. I am now leaning towards heat stroke caused by going for a trail run in the extreme heat. I have a few other theories as well, but they are probably less likely.

I did get a heart monitor on Tuesday to monitor my heart. It’s kind of a cool device. You wear it on your chest, and they give you a Samsung phone that acts as the monitoring device and reports back to the medical company 24/7. It uses Bluetooth to send the data from the monitor to the phone. I have not heard any good or bad news from the device as of yet.

I personally am leaning towards a neurological issue of some kind over a heart issue. The heat seems to really mess with me right now. When I go out in the heat, my heart races, and I just don’t feel right. The other thing I have had is while straining and lifting something heavy, I had pressure in my head and ringing in my ears. That started about a month ago. I also lifted the front of our mower onto ramps the same morning of the first blackout. I’ll list my symptoms down below.

Currently, I am feeling much better. The heat doesn’t seem to bother me as much, and the headaches and migraine symptoms have gotten less often and less intense. I’m still dealing with headaches coming from the back base of my skull, typically on the right side. I figured it was something to do with my bad neck, but I’m wondering if they could be related to this issue. Basically, I have no idea what is going on here, and a bunch of strange symptoms and not sure which are linked. Hoping for some good answers and directions on Tuesday.
